At Matt Ibbs Boot Camp we not only like you to be able to see the body changes in your body shape but we also want you to be able to see the improvement in your physical fitness levels too.
To do this we run a series of assessments on weeks 1, 6 and 12. This way you are able to see your improvements against your old scores.
T-Test
The allows us to assess your agility through running, change of direction, sprinting and shuffling. The T-Test is used by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
The T-Test works on running the circuit twice and recording your fastest time. We do it slightly differently by giving you a minute to complete as many circuits as possible.
